Pee Wee Chefs

Have a Junior Chef in the making? Look no further! Your child will benefit from our Cooking Adventure program that features a unique hands-on farm-to-table experience, teaches students how to make healthy food choices, read recipes and labels, and much more! Some classes may feature special food professional guests – all in service of developing children’s palates with an understanding of food origins, preparation and dining.

Winter Session: January 4-April 1, 2016

3-4y: Tuesdays, 4-5:15pm (FiDi)
$420/session (+$40 materials fee)

Apprentice Chefs & Master Chefs

In this new series of cooking classes, kids will learn where their food comes from, the fundamentals of cooking & baking and acquire all the techniques, knife skills and ingredient preparation needed to make their own complete gourmet meals. Each day brings new knowledge and lots of fun that ends with a delicious meal at the end of the day. If you’re lucky, your new young chef will save you a bite of their masterpiece, or better yet, offer to cook for YOU!

Vacation Camps

Chef Toni’s Cooking Adventures takes campers on cooking adventures around the world! From Mexico to Ethiopia to Russia and beyond, children get a chance to learn the culinary, holiday, and cultural traditions of some of the planet’s most unique countries. Students are exposed to scrumptious cuisine, enriching cultural activities, and more holiday fun than you can even imagine! A different country will be represented each day. Classes include: Continental breakfast/healthy snacks, cooking instruction, cultural immersion, take home recipes, and lots of fun!
